Camp America participants will automatically gain access to the forum when they reach the Ready To Place status. Until then, the forum and its contents are read only. When an applicant reaches the RTP stage, accessing the Participant Zone will automatically create a forum login and users can begin posting and replying to forum content.

Anyone else heading to Skylake Yosemite Camp this summer?
I'm arriving on 6th June to start the ACR course, can't wait!

I worked there last year and am going back but will be arriving the week later for normal staff training week. Which fair were you placed at?

Cool. I was placed at the Manchester fair. Are you going back as a general counselor or a specialist? I assume you had a great time last year if you're going back?

I also got placed at London RF! i'm going 12th junee from heathrow. doing campower though, not allllll that keen on parenting. absolutely cannot wait.

are there no other girls?!!

At the Manchester recruitment fair they were only asking for lads for counselor positions...

Campower was both lads and girls...but there were only guys in the queue when I was there!

Hi, just wondering if anyone who went to this camp this summer 2010 can tell me how their experience was?

I went to a camp in Massachusetts but would love to go to Skylake for 2011 as the photos / vids look amazing!

So, is it as good as it looks? Far from a town ? Weather as good as one would expect?

Skylake is the best place in the entire world, all the staff who went there will agree. We all fell in love with the place!
