Hey all,

iv just received my email with my visa appointment at the embassy and iv just received my pack through the post too,

I know i have to print and sign the form attached to the appointment email but someone mentioned something about filling in an on-line application form which takes a while and i was meant to receive it in an email? is this true? because i haven't received the email? if so how else do i get the form and what do i do with it?

On your CAD under the visa tab, there should be a link to 2 powerpoints. click on the first one and that will take you through everything you need to fill in the online form

to get to the actual form you need to go to the embassy website and the powerpoints to help you fill it in are on your CAD page in the visa section. it is the ds160 form.
