yes you eat at camp lol

Description;

Egg nog is a drink usually drunk in festive times. It is made with eggs, cream, milk, nutmeg, and for an alcoholic version loads of bourbon, brandy or whisky.

Ingredients;

4 egg yolks, 1/3 cup sugar and 1tbsp, 1 pint of milk, 1 cup of heavy cream, 1tsp nutmeg, 4 egg whites. Vanilla pod.

Method;

Ideally you would take the 1/3 cup of sugar and insert the vanilla pod. Let it sit over night for the sugar to absorb. Otherwise use vanilla essence and pour it into the mix.

Beat egg yolks and gradually add sugar. Beat mix until sugar has dissolved. Add milk, cream, alcohol and nutmeg. Stir to combine. Set aside.

Place egg whites in a bowl and beat until soft. Gradually add 1tbsp of suger and beat until stiff peaks form.

Whisk the egg whites into the rest of the mixture and chill before serving. If there isn't enough nutmeg grate some more to serve.

It's a Christmasy thing too so I don't expect many people will have had it at camp!

I really like it. Most people are disgusted that it has egg in it. But you don't taste the egg. only cinnamon, nutmeg and cream and alcohol if you put any in it.
