Camp America participants will automatically gain access to the forum when they reach the Ready To Place status. Until then, the forum and its contents are read only. When an applicant reaches the RTP stage, accessing the Participant Zone will automatically create a forum login and users can begin posting and replying to forum content.

I got a reminder bout my visa appointment tomoro and im confused by this follwing comment

Do not fold any of these forms and please make sure all of these forms are signed in the relevant places. Once complete please staple in the top left corner the DS156, 157(if applicable), 158 and MRV receipt together.

I stapled the DS 156 and 158 but not together if that makes sense.

Ok I have really confused myself and dont even know what i am asking anymore

i wouldnt worry too much i hadnt stapled any of mine and when i got to the embassy the camp america reps did it for me cos thy check everythings in the right order- take it from someone who worried about it ALOT the whole process is really simple once you get there! :)

Just make sure you have filled in everything and signed everything! There will be CA reps outside the embassy who will check the forms and put them in order and staple them. Just ask them to check it all for you. DONT forget the sticker that goes on your passport!

this is so stupid cause i went to the embassy in 2007 so i should know all this but that was two years ago and it wasnt a J day so there wasnt any CA reps there

I assume you meant the you stapled all the pages of the DS156 together into one doc and the same the DS158, leaving you with two, stapled DS forms? That's correct, that's what you need to do.

even if you dont staple it, then the people in the actual embassy, will do it for you.

can i just say that this topic has really brightened up my day.

i love how much people are dicussing stapling and if they have done it correctly.

have the biggest smile on my face right now.! :D

so how do u find out wen ur visa appointment is. coz iv been put on rsg and i think im just waiting for my forms to arrive in the post (unless i hav to print all them off, coz i hav no clue) and i dont know wer on the ca it says wen my appointment is...
