Ex-Camp America participant keeps on running!

We love to hear about the adventures of some of our past participants - so we were thrilled to hear about Jackson Williams' challenge! Jackson is currently running from LA to New York - a total of 3,000 miles - that's some serious running people!!! He got the idea about doing the run after spending a summer at camp in Camp Hemlock during the summer of 2000 where he also met Annie - his bride-to-be. Check out the BBC report … more…

Application Update and Deadline

International staff is a key element of staffing for American camps. Even so, the employment situation in the United States is a somewhat challenging one, and we have set a March 1st deadline so as not to generate applications that have little chance of placement. While younger applicants with general skills are still in reasonable demand, we have received our quota of these applications early in the season.
